Objective:
To address the specific needs of employees and SME owners/managers by designing and providing tailored tools and strategies for the prevention and management of work-related stress and its negative impact on mental health.
The project has developed flexible training programmes aimed at promoting positive mental health in the workplace, tailored to the specific learning needs of owners and employees. The project incorporates digital learning tools, thereby supporting the development and acquisition of digital skills among learners.

Project deliverables (PRs):
- PR1 – Multilingual public database of good practices, policies and practical lessons on mental health in SMEs: mentalhealth4work.eu.
- PR2 – Self-paced e-learning course for SME employees and managers, aimed at developing skills to improve mental wellbeing: mh4hrm.eu+1work4psy.eu+1.
- PR3 – A series of podcasts in which experts and SME owners discuss the recognition, prevention and management of mental health issues.
- PR4 – Methodological framework for engaging key stakeholders (companies, SME associations, psychologists, NGOs, etc.) and organising national and international conferences in Denmark and other countries.
